Directions: Take
the 55 Freeway South into Newport, past where it turns into a street,
over PCH, past both of the Piers, and keep going almost all the way to
the end of the Peninsula, and the house is on the left hand side.
The address is 2102 East Balboa Blvd., not by Sharkeez (that's West
Balboa) but keep on going, down by the end near the Wedge.
