Kimera New Years Eve !!!!

Details:  I put together a New Years Eve party like this a few years ago and it was just terrific.... ask anyone who was there.  This will be even better.... it's "in the zone", a gorgeous place...... and we are hand picking about 500 people from our special friend lists to put together a fun party of about 350 party people.  This will be a dress up event for folks that are "just a little bit older" and have outgrown those (silly) hotel parties with the 22 y/olds from who-knows-where.  We will have dancing on an elevated floor,  music on the Lounge side, Red Carpet Entry, gorgeous decor and party favors, but most importantly a fun mostly single crowd of people 20’s-40’s who are there to have a blast !!!!

There are Three Ticket Options:

»    Second Dinner Seating SOLD OUT !!!  8:30-11:30pm with a 4 course gourmet dinner and welcome glass of champagne, is $90 including tax, gratuity not included.  Guests who arrive for the second seating will be able to keep their table all night and be close to the dance floor and all the fun !!!

Second Dinner Seating is SOLD OUT one week before New Years Eve !!!  

»    First Dinner Seating  is SOLD OUT !!!  5:00-7:30pm, with a 3 course gourmet dinner and welcome glass of champagne, are $60 including tax, gratuity not included.  Guests from the first seating are welcome to stay for the party & dancing after they finish dinner by 8:30, for no additional charge.  There is lots of first come seating all over the Lounge and other areas in the Restaurant.

»    Lounge Tickets are SOLD OUT !!!  They were $30, which gains entry into the party & dancing anytime and lots of first come seating in the Lounge area – we are only selling 100 of these, first come first served.

Some other items of note:

»    Bistango & Bayside in Newport Beach are very classy, upscale Restaurants, and these folks are real professionals.... they have been in the Restaurant business for over 30 years.  They know how to make all of this work and promise a splendid time.

»    Complimentary Valet Parking, Red Carpet Entrance, decorations and special lighting and light effects make it fun and festive.  We'll have a few surprises, too, and a couple of celebs......

»    We have 2 "single-mingle" tables of 12 for our single friends who want to go to a terrific party and have a gourmet dinner, conversation and fun at a larger table with other single folks.   50/50 m/f ratio....  These tables are Full.....

»    Dress code is semi formal - gives the girls a chance to dress up :) !!!!  Encouraging dress pants and nice shirts or jackets for men, cocktail or long dresses for the ladies......

»    Unlike most other venues, Kimera will maintain their regular drink prices for the evening and also have a couple of "specials".  They will also have an extra server bar and another in the Lounge to handle the volume.

»    There will be table bottle service available at reasonable prices for those who are interested

»    We have arranged special Hotel room rates with shuttle & limousine transportation back and forth at the Fairmont Hotel $179 (949) 476-2001 and the Irvine Marriott $129 (949) 553-0100.  Please call them for reservations and ask for the Kimera party.  Make your reservations by December 26 to get the special rates:  after that the rooms are subject to availability.  

»    We have two large VIP Rooms hosted by Tuesday Nunes and Corey Donaldson.  There will be a professional floorman there to monitor VIP entrance.  70-80 VIP’s will be in these rooms….

»    We have 3-4 special VIP tables next to the dance floor available for those who might want to eat elsewhere and come later and have a table reserved for them.  Please contact me for details.

This will be fabulous, we already have 100% of the Second Seating tickets sold and it’s only December 24.  The prices are very reasonable, with excellent ambiance and service, and the Kimera people have a terrific reputation with the young crowd from the businesses that surround the area.  What a great way to spend New Year’s Eve, with special friends and fun !!!!!   You will still be able to get First Dinner Seating or Lounge tickets and join in the fun !!!
